Due to the personalized nature of custom packaging and custom printing services, all custom packaging boxes and custom boxes with logo orders are final and non-refundable once production has begun. Please ensure that all design files and order details are correct before submitting. - Refund Process

Defective Products and Liability
At Prime Box Printing, we are committed to providing high-quality custom packaging solutions. We define a product as defective if it has a structural or printing error that results from manufacturing or improper construction, cutting, or finishing, under the following conditions:
Exclusions from Defective Products
The following are not considered defective:- Cracking that occurs when creased in printed areas due to over-expansion of paperboard material (a natural characteristic of paperboard).
- Minor cracking in creased areas of non-laminated cardstock (this is a normal occurrence).
- Cracking, bends, or scratches that are a result of mishandling or shipping.
- Variances in specifications, such as style, dimensions, material, print options, print layout, and finishing, that fall within a 2.5% tolerance.
- Variances in color and density, including any differences between proofs and the final printed product, are not considered defects.
Assessment of Defective Products
If a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing or construction error, Prime Box Printing will take responsibility for correcting the issue. Defective products may be replaced or refunded, subject to our return and refund policy.Liability Limitations
Prime Box Printing‘s liability is limited to the cost of the defective products in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability does not extend to any losses, delays, or damages due to shipping, handling, or customer negligence.Notification of Defects
If you believe your product is defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. After inspection and verification, we will determine whether the issue qualifies for replacement or refund based on the criteria outlined above. Photos or video documentation of the defect may be requested to expedite the process.

Customer Submitted Artwork or Graphics
Prime Box Printing is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 scale and CMYK color mode.
When submitting artwork or graphics for your custom packaging or custom printing services, it is your responsibility to ensure that the files are accurate, complete, and in the correct format. Prime Box Printing is not responsible for errors in custom designs provided by customers, including text, layout, or image quality. We recommend that you proofread all submitted designs carefully before submitting them to us.
Color Proofing and Matching
While we strive to ensure color accuracy, Prime Box Printing cannot guarantee perfect color matching. The colors of your custom packaging boxes or custom boxes with logo may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, printers, and materials used. We offer color proofs for review before final production to minimize discrepancies.
Customer Content
You are responsible for the content submitted to Prime Box Printing. By submitting any content for custom printing services, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use and distribute such content. You grant us permission to use your content solely for fulfilling your order and related marketing activities.
Over or Underrun
Due to the manufacturing process, there may be slight variances in the final quantity of your order. A typical overrun or underrun of up to 8% is considered acceptable and will not result in a discount, refund, or exchange. If a significant overrun or underrun occurs, please contact us to resolve the issue.
Order Approval and Proofing
All orders placed with Prime Box Printing are subject to approval. We require that you approve a proof of your design before production begins. If you do not approve the proof or provide feedback within 48 hours, we will proceed with the order as is, and you accept responsibility for any errors.
Payments
All prices and dollar amounts on this Website are in United States dollars unless otherwise specified. Prime Box Printing accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, Wire Transfer, Credit Cards, and Checks. Time to clear payments may vary for different payment methods. The production process will not be started and products will not be shipped until all due payments have been paid and cleared. Overdue payments or payments made past a specified due date may be subject to interest in accordance with the applicable invoice.
Contact Information and Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure that all contact information and shipping addresses are accurate at the time of order placement. If you need to update your information, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes made after that may delay processing or shipping, and we are not responsible for misdeliveries due to incorrect details.
